Inspections Passed (Most of Them)

Last week, we passed some key inspections: electric and plumbing.  We got the Green tag from the City.  However, we have experienced a delay on the final inspection of the framing of the remodel.  The framing inspector will not give the house a Green tag until the HVAC installation is complete.  And the HVAC installation will not be started until the addition is complete.  

Just another thing we have learned.  The result is a change in the construction schedule and the action plan.  We are requesting the building permit for the addition and the garage tomorrow from the City.  Once we receive the permit, the concrete will be poured for the foundation and driveway next week.  The next major stage of construction will follow, which will lead to many more pictures.  Stay tuned...
